While you sleep, the AI analyzes your whole business.
Every store and the web shop: receipts, stock and reviews. Each day is compared with what is usual for that weekday and with the same period last year. Tonight one store stands out.

Rijeka is selling 18% less than usual. The AI has already found the cause.
Fewer receipts, the same average basket, and Rijeka's best-selling monitor has been out of stock since Friday. The alert and its diagnosis arrive on your phone at 9:00, when the working day starts; a tap opens them.
An alert with the AI's diagnosis, on your phoneProposes · 09:05, Tuesday
The monitors arrive tomorrow. The AI has worked out the order; you just approve it.
No store has spare monitors to transfer, so the AI proposes an order. For every supplier it shows which items will run out before the delivery and how much in sales is lost until then. The quantity covers the lead time, the next two weeks of sales and safety stock. Once you approve it, the supplier gets it by email as an Excel file.
Nothing is sent until you approve itForecasts · 10:15, Wednesday
Black Friday is four weeks away. The AI forecast already sees it.
The AI model learns from your sales history: seasons, holidays and trends. Last year the web shop sold three times its usual number of monitors on Black Friday, so the order proposals for those weeks already allow for the peak. Every forecast says how far off it has been so far.

“Where are we losing on monitors this month?”
Ask the AI in your own words, as you would a colleague. It understands the question, analyzes your data and answers in two sentences, with figures computed from the same data as Analytics. Every answer says how it was computed.

The weekly digest arrives by email: sales, margin, stores, the web shop and the AI forecast for the weeks ahead. The problem from the start of the week is one line in it, and it is green.

That was an example. Your week looks different.
In a demo call we'll show you how the AI layer would analyze your stores and web shop: your items, your suppliers, your figures.
Monday, 03:10. The reports are already with your suppliers.
Every week Business Booster builds a sales and stock report for each supplier, in the format they ask for, and sends it on its own: by email or to the supplier's server. All you see is that it arrived.

Frequentlyaskedquestions
Which ERP does Business Booster connect to?
Any ERP with a web API, a database or file exports (Excel, CSV). The AI reads your ERP's documentation and proposes how to read it, we check the proposal with you, and a trial week compares the figures before the nightly sync starts.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends mostly on how soon we get read access. Then the AI proposes how to read your ERP, we check the proposal with you, a trial week compares the figures, and the nightly sync starts. The first overviews are ready the next morning.
Do we need our IT team?
For one step only: giving our address read access to your ERP (a user for the web API or the database, or a folder of exports), plus write access if you want it. Your IT team or your ERP provider usually does it. Nothing is installed.
Do I have to change my ERP or the way we work?
No. Business Booster is an AI layer over your ERP: every night it reads and analyzes the new data, and it writes into the ERP only what you approve, such as orders to suppliers.
What can be adapted?
Which warehouse is which store and channel, each supplier's report format, the alert thresholds, who sees which store, and each user's language.
When will we see the first results?
The first nightly sync fills the overviews for the last few weeks, so overviews, alerts and reports arrive from the very next morning. One or three years of sales history are fetched in the background over the following days, and AI forecasts and comparisons with last year come with them.
What if the nightly sync gets stuck?
It tries again every hour until 07:00. The ERP integration page says which source did not arrive and why, and if it fails two nights in a row, a notification and an email reach us too.
Does the AI make up figures?
No. The AI analyzes your actual data: it finds causes, forecasts sales and works out orders, and every figure it shows is computed from your ERP's data. Every answer says how it was computed.
Who pays for the AI, and where does the data go?
The AI runs on your company's own API key, so you see what it costs in Settings, under AI spend. For each analysis, answer or proposal, the AI service receives only the data from your ERP that it needs for that task.
How is the order proposal computed?
First the AI checks whether the item can come as a transfer from another store. It computes the rest from forecast sales (based on the days the item was in stock), the lead time and safety stock, minus current stock and orders already sent from Business Booster. You can change the quantity; the order goes out only when you approve it.
How accurate is the AI forecast?
Its accuracy is measured, not promised: every forecast says how far off it was on past weeks, and the AI model gets more accurate as the sales history grows.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Every user signs in with two-factor authentication and sees only what their role allows; a store manager sees only their own store. Every company's data is kept apart, so each company sees only its own.
Which languages does it speak?
Croatian, English, Slovenian and Serbian.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is based on the number of stores. The AI is billed separately, by usage, through your company's own API key, and you can see what it costs in the app.
